How do I place an order?​

You can place your orders on our online store for delivery.  We currently deliver nationwide across India only.  To access our online store to make purchases at our wholesale rates, you need to sign up as a distributor or stockist first. 

To sign up, click on the member icon drop down in the top right side of the website and click sign up.  Your request to sign up as a distributor will be processed within 24 hours and you will receive an email granting you access to the online store to make purchases at our wholesale rates.

Payment and Shipping

You can pay for your orders including shipping using our online store at checkout.  We accept all forms of payment including debit cards, credit cards, bank transfer, google pay and payTM.

Secure Ordering

Your orders and payment information are processed securely on our site and are protected by SSL encryption.  This prvents 3rd parties and even us from seeing your confidential card details at time of payment.

Returns & Refunds

If any items are found to be faulty or defective on arrival you can contact us at sales@purelivinglifestyles.in to arrange for replacement products.  Please send photos of defective products on arrival.  Refunds are possible only if they are requested before your order has been shipped.
